Delivery Information:

• When your order comes, you'll get a bill showing what you got. If something's not there, call us and we'll try our best to make you happy.
  

• Due to perishability, we'll attempt delivery once. Please ensure someone's available for the initial delivery.
  

• Delivery cannot be redirected. Address changes after ordering are not permitted for security and accuracy reasons.

• Occasionally, substitutions may occur due to temporary unavailability. They'll be of equal or greater value to maintain quality.

• No refunds if recipient is unavailable during delivery. Redelivery or rescheduling isn't possible for food safety reasons.

• If recipient isn't home, our team waits up to 45 minutes to ensure delivery.

Major Cities Shipping:

• Regrettably, we are unable to offer Same Day Delivery for this particular product.

• For deliveries within Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi, we require an advance order of 03 - 05 days. 

• The product will be delivered by Deshigreetings's delivery personnel.

Outside Shipping:

• We utilize local courier services for the dispatch of deliveries OUTSIDE Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi. 

• Please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 5-7 business days. Kindly select a suitable delivery date accordingly. 

• Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for areas outside Dhaka.

Return Policy:
