Delivery Information:

• Our dedicated delivery team ensures the freshness of your delicious food by hand-delivering it in a specially designed hot bag.  The hot bag is designed to maintain the optimal temperature, preserving the quality of your meal during transit.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, delivery will be attempted only once. To guarantee the freshness and safety of your food, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.

• Please note that delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. To maintain the security of the delivery and ensure accuracy, address changes after order placement are not permitted.

• Occasionally, substitutions of food items are necessary due to temporary and regional unavailability issues.  Rest assured, any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, and we strive to maintain the overall quality of your order.

• Our restaurant food caters exclusively to Dhaka and nearby cities. If ordering for another city, be aware that we will source your food from a local renowned restaurant.  This ensures that you receive the freshest and most authentic local cuisine, even if it's outside our primary delivery zones.

• For same-day restaurant food orders, please note that only dinner delivery is available. To accommodate same-day orders, we currently offer dinner delivery services. Lunch orders will be scheduled for the dinner.

• Not all food item images featured on our website are specific to the listed restaurant food image. Images may be representative and sourced from various online platforms.  While we aim for accuracy, the images are for illustrative purposes, and the delivered items may resemble the depicted ones.

• No refund is available if the recipient or no one is available at home during the delivery time. Food items cannot be redelivered the next day or on a different date.  To maintain food safety standards, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule deliveries in the event of non-availability during the initial delivery attempt.

• If the recipient is not at home during delivery, our delivery team will wait up to 45 minutes near the recipient's home.  Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a waiting period to ensure every effort is made to complete the delivery.
